Have the dresses a normal fit?
Please have a look at the size chart that is available for every single dress to find the right size for you.
Is it possible to get a certain dress in a different color combination?
That is possible provided that IBOLYA agrees with your choice and the colors are available. Mind that you are then bound to buy the dress.
It is possible to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering the dress. You are obliged to send us an email with the order reference. The purchase price will be reimbursed into your account.
Is it possible to change my order?
Yes. If you send us an email with the reference number within 24 hours of ordering? we’ll make sure your order will be adjusted.
Is the whole collection available in the store?
I have tried to place an order, but didn't succeed. What now?

How do I pay in the store?
You can pay either by credit card or pin, or cash.
How do I pay in the web shop on internet?
It is possible to pay by the following means:

Do I get a refund if the dress doesn't suit me after all?
Yes, you do. The returning process may take some time after we have received the returned item, but normally we will refund you within 10 days. Please bear in mind that postage is for your own account and will not be refunded.
It is possible to pay with a gift card?
Yes. We only accept Dutch Gift cards. They are not eligible for refund. You don’t have to use the card in full, you can use it for different purchases

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Are additional shipping costs involved?
Within the Netherlands IBOLYA ships all orders free of charge by standard mail service by PostNL. If you prefer to have your package send by registered mail, the additional costs for you are € 6,95.
When will my order be shipped?
The order will be delivered within 5 days after ordering. Often sooner.
Who delivers the order?
The package will be delivered by PostNL.
How to keep track of my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. Thus you will be able to follow your package.
Is it possible to have the package delivered to another address then the billing address?
Yes, that is possible. Under delivery address you enter the address where to send the package. Under order information you can specify your specific wishes.
Do I have to pay customs duties when my order is shipped outside the EU?
International shipments outside the EU are subject to customs and import duties and taxes. These charges are levied when the package arrives in the country of destination. Recipient is liable for these charges.
How much are the charges for customs duty and taxes?
The product prices on our website include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs, custom fees and / or import duties. Please contact your customs office for more information about these costs.
SERVICE & RETURNS
What do I do when the dress or skirt doesn't fit properly?
Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your wishes (binnen 14? dagen). We can exchange your returned item for the same item in a different size without any additional costs (?). Or send us your measurements so we can have the dress / skirt custom made for you. Costs involved are € 20.
What if I haven't yet received my order?

Do you have an alteration service?
Yes we do. Our Amsterdam based fashion atelier can alter the garments for a fee.

Is it possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Yes of course you can. At the bottom of the newsletter you find the unsubscribe button.
How do I change information in my account?
After log in you can adapt your password and personal information.
What to do when you lost your log in information?
When you lost your username, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you your log in details.
When you have lost your password please click Forgotten password on the log in page and we will send you an email with instructions to make a new password.
Do you have special offers / sales?
We will inform you about special offers / sales through our newsletter and you will find this information on our site.
Is it possible to have a picture of myself on the customer page on you website?
Yes it is! We absolutely like to receive photos of our clients wearing an Ibolya garment. You can send your photo to email@example.com.
Do you have a Chamber of Commerce registration?
Yes we do. Our registration number at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) is 50194801.
